Timely Setup: Our decorator team will arrive at the venue with all materials at your chosen time slot and initiate the decoration immediately.

Payment Terms: Any balance payment must be paid immediately after the decor setup is completed and handed over to you at the venue.

Venue Permissions: Clients must obtain all necessary permissions, approvals, and gate passes from the venue or society management prior to the team’s arrival.

Licensing & Approvals: Any external licenses, music permits, or venue-specific clearances must be arranged and handled directly by the client.

Hassle-Free Assembly & Removal: Our dedicated team handles full setup prior to the event and will return to dismantle and collect the rental props at a time coordinated for your comfort.

Power Supply: The client must ensure a continuous power supply and adequate lighting at the setup area for the decor team during installation.

Rental Assets: Backdrops, acrylic cutouts, pedestals, vases, and artificial flowers are property of EaseMyParty and will be collected after the event. Any damage to rental items during the event duration will be charged to the client.
