Booking Confirmation and Payment
Event decoration bookings are considered confirmed only after EaseMyParty has received the required payment or advance deposit and confirmed the availability of the requested service. Once a booking is confirmed, our team may begin planning the decoration setup, reserving required materials, coordinating logistics, and scheduling staff for the event.
Due to the nature of event-based services, preparation for decorations often begins well before the event date. This may include sourcing materials, arranging decoration props, preparing customized setups, and coordinating transportation and setup teams.
Because of this operational preparation, cancellations and refunds may be subject to specific conditions based on how close the request is to the scheduled event date.
Cancellation Requests
If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, they must submit a cancellation request directly to EaseMyParty. Cancellation requests must be made either by sending an email to contact@easemyparty.com or by contacting us through WhatsApp or phone at +91 81236 16740.
When submitting a cancellation request, customers should provide their booking details, including the name used for the booking, event date, event location, and any reference or confirmation details that were provided during booking.
Once the cancellation request is received, our team will review the request and evaluate the status of the booking, including preparation work that may have already been completed for the event.
Approval of cancellation requests is not automatic and will depend on several factors, including the proximity of the cancellation request to the event date, whether materials have already been procured, and whether operational preparations for the event have already been initiated.
EaseMyParty will confirm the outcome of the cancellation request after reviewing the details and will communicate the decision to the customer through email or phone.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility may vary depending on when the cancellation request is received relative to the scheduled event date and the preparation work already undertaken for the event.
If a cancellation request is submitted sufficiently in advance of the event date and minimal operational preparation has occurred, EaseMyParty may approve a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances of the booking.
However, if a cancellation request is submitted close to the event date, refunds may not be possible because materials may already have been purchased, staff may have been assigned to the event, and logistical arrangements may already be in place.
In cases where decorations involve customized designs, personalized setups, or special materials that were specifically arranged for the event, refunds may not be available once procurement or preparation work has begun.
All refund decisions will be made at the discretion of EaseMyParty after reviewing the details of the booking and the operational preparations already completed.
Rescheduling of Events
EaseMyParty understands that unforeseen circumstances may require event dates to be changed. Customers who wish to reschedule their event may contact EaseMyParty through email or WhatsApp to request a new event date.
Rescheduling requests will be evaluated based on the availability of our decoration team and materials on the requested new date. While we make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability cannot always be guaranteed.
If rescheduling is approved, the booking may be transferred to the new date without additional charges, provided that the request was made sufficiently in advance and operational preparations have not already been finalized for the original event date.
In cases where the new date involves additional costs due to seasonal demand, material availability, or logistical adjustments, additional charges may apply.
Non-Refundable Situations
There are certain situations in which refunds may not be available. These situations may include cases where cancellation requests are made very close to the event date, where materials have already been purchased for customized decoration setups, or where the decoration team has already been scheduled and operational arrangements finalized.
Additionally, if the event setup cannot be completed due to venue restrictions, lack of access to the event location, or failure by the client to provide necessary permissions or venue access at the agreed setup time, EaseMyParty may not be responsible for issuing refunds.
Customers are encouraged to ensure that all event arrangements and venue permissions are confirmed before booking decoration services.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved after reviewing the cancellation request, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank processing times, or financial institution policies. Typically, approved refunds may take several business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
EaseMyParty will notify the customer once the refund has been initiated.
Changes to This Policy
