EaseMyParty reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking request if the requested service cannot be reasonably delivered due to location restrictions, operational limitations, unavailability of materials, or scheduling conflicts.

Once a booking is confirmed, the client agrees to cooperate with the EaseMyParty team by providing accurate information regarding the event location, venue access timing, event schedule, and any special requirements related to the decoration setup.

All pricing displayed on the EaseMyParty website or communicated through our team is subject to change depending on customization, location, material availability, and specific decoration requirements. While we aim to maintain transparency in pricing, certain decoration services may require adjustments based on the scope of the event.

Payments may be collected either as full payment or as an advance deposit followed by the remaining balance before the event date. Payment methods may include online payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI transactions, or other digital payment methods approved by EaseMyParty.

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice. EaseMyParty also reserves the right to withhold services until payment obligations are fulfilled.

In cases where customized decoration elements are requested, additional charges may apply depending on the materials, labor, and design complexity involved in delivering the requested setup.

EaseMyParty aims to deliver decoration setups in a timely and professional manner according to the schedule agreed during the booking process. To facilitate this, clients must ensure that the event venue is accessible to the decoration team at the agreed setup time.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue allows decoration installations and that any necessary permissions from venue management or property owners are obtained before the event date. EaseMyParty will not be responsible for delays caused by restricted venue access, security limitations, or last-minute venue policy changes.

Clients must also ensure that there is sufficient space available for the decoration setup and that electricity access is available where required for lighting arrangements or other decorative equipment.

Any delays caused by the client in providing venue access or necessary permissions may affect the final decoration setup and timing of the installation.

EaseMyParty strives to deliver decorations that closely match the images, concepts, or themes displayed on the website or agreed upon during the booking process. However, due to factors such as availability of materials, seasonal flower variations, supplier limitations, or transportation logistics, minor variations in decoration elements may occur.

In such situations, EaseMyParty reserves the right to use equivalent or similar materials that maintain the overall design concept and visual appeal of the decoration theme.

Most decoration setups provided by EaseMyParty are temporary installations intended for event use and may include balloons, decorative props, floral arrangements, fabrics, lighting equipment, and themed backdrops.

Clients are expected to ensure that guests, particularly children, do not tamper with or damage decorative installations during the event. EaseMyParty cannot guarantee the durability of decoration items beyond their intended event duration.

Certain decoration elements such as stands, lighting equipment, props, frames, or premium decorative materials may be reusable assets owned by EaseMyParty. These items are provided for temporary use during the event.

If any of these items are damaged, lost, or stolen due to negligence, misuse, or intentional actions by the client or event attendees, the client may be held responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement.

EaseMyParty reserves the right to assess the damage and determine the appropriate compensation amount required for the damaged materials or equipment.

Event bookings often involve preparation, material procurement, and scheduling of staff in advance. As a result, cancellations or rescheduling requests may impact operational planning.

Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule a booking must notify EaseMyParty as early as possible through phone or email. Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as the time of cancellation, materials already procured, and the proximity of the cancellation to the event date.

EaseMyParty will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, but rescheduling is subject to the availability of our team and resources on the requested date.

In cases where the event cannot be rescheduled or canceled due to last-minute circumstances, EaseMyParty reserves the right to retain part or all of the booking amount depending on the operational costs already incurred.

EaseMyParty shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivering services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

In such situations, EaseMyParty will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and explore alternative arrangements such as rescheduling the event setup.

All content available on the EaseMyParty website, including images, decoration concepts, branding elements, written content, and design layouts, is the intellectual property of EaseMyParty unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of website content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
