Need to know

• Event address and décor preferences will be collected after booking confirmation.

• Some setups may require temporary wall support for décor elements.

• Please arrange a stool or ladder if ceiling balloons or hangings are included.

• Custom colors or theme changes must be informed in advance.

• Same-day bookings may include a surge fee.

• Inform us earlier for outdoor setups so we can plan accordingly.

• Ensure venue permissions are arranged before our team arrives.
